I'm back with a new book

I've begun new course in Design and Illustration which has been busy in a good way.

Now my sister and I are about to launch a book called Mitsu; The Dark Witch and the Dream Wilderness in a few weeks. We will post more details as the event is finalised. In the meantime we have set up a site for the book at www.mitsubook.blogspot.com

Rosie wrote the book and I illustrated it. It s a book about a girl who enters a dream world in search of her mother. You could place it in a similar vein to Tim Burton or the movie Coraline.

2010 Calendar

I have now created a new calendar for 2010 which is available at Redbubble. It features 12 of my illustrations from this year and is a large format with rich colour. I'm very excited about it! It makes a good xmas present. I always enjoy turning over a good calendar to reveal the following months image. Take a look anyway and let me know what you think. xx

Kirribilli Markets...

Girl with Her Bunny Rabbit

This Sunday I'm having a market stall at Kirribilli Markets selling my illustrations and jewellery. I'm pretty excited because it is a once a month Art Market and I'll get to have a look around including the flea market. I always love meeting new people at the markets and it's good for people buying my illustrations to meet the artist.

Lets hope for a sunshiney day! Even if it does rain I'll be under the shelter of a huge tunnel so all is well either way really. : ) I will post up some images of the day, I want to write a tribute post to my partner Jason. He helps me out so much and he is a honey.
